Technotronic psychotechnologic kaleidoscopic-trance for self-correction of mental and emotional state (more info).

Dr. Gregory Chausovsky (Григорий Чаусовский) is a senior researcher of Psychological Science at the Zaporizhzhya National University in Ukraine. While famous in the Russian-speaking world, he only gained momentary attention in the West a few years ago thanks to his invention of a musical condom. The true depth of his inventiveness was sadly overlooked by English speakers.

Dr. Chausovsky's primary interests (as listed in his bios, here and here) are in: "biofeedback, self-bioadaptive psycho-emotional states, hardware diagnostics and correction of the mental and emotional status of an individual, and electronic neutralization of stress." Dr. Chausovsky describes his work as "технотронные психотехнологии" (or "technotronic psychotechnologies").

His field of study can be classified as positive mind control: the use of mind control techniques (psychotronics, cerebrosonics, psyoptics, etc.) to alter one's own mind for beneficial effects (for example, see my own DePsych utility included with MindGuard). Paranoids should, of course, be wary of devices designed by others to control one's mind, but Dr. Chausovsky work is reproducible by the average paranoid maker, allowing them to be sure their homemade devices are safe. He even states in an interview:

"I do not have any trade secrets. Moreover, I openly publish articles on the website with photos and a detailed description. And there is no problem for anyone wanting to repeat my invention. The copyright is, of course, a profitable thing, but when it comes to health, you can not keep saving invention under the pillow."

Did super-intelligent Martian bees visit Earth in flying saucers to observe us and examine the stockpile of gold at Fort Knox, concerned that we were on the verge of destroying the Sun? According to Gerald Heard in his book The Riddle of the Flying Saucers: is another World watching? (1950), that is the only conclusion that agrees with the facts surrounding the riddle of the saucers.

I have the original UK edition; there's also a US edition with the title and subtitle flipped. (The 1953 Bantam edition has two new chapters covering sightings outside the US and up to '53, among other changes -- full text here).

This was the second nonfiction book ever published on the flying saucer phenomenon, the same year as The Flying Saucers Are Real by Donald Keyhoe. Although Keyhoe's book was more influential among UFOlogists, Heard's cover art matches more closely what became the popular image of flying saucers, even if his theories about the saucers' pilots were more unconventional.

As I have outlined here before, the NWO's goal of inculcating in the public an acceptance of persistent, open monitoring (and eventually, punitive behavioral training) by swarms of Nanobiotechnological Black Helicopters involves a process of acclimation whereby new devices are gradually revealed to the public, each iteration approaching closer to the already-existent final form (which has been covertly operational since the 1990s when I first exposed the TRUTH).

Previously revealed devices have varied seemingly haphazardly in size, rotor number and configuration, and degree of autonomy, so as not to arouse suspicion in the orthonoid public that they are being lead down a garden path -- one that ends with a hornets' nest. However, the latest step in this process brings us much closer to that nest.

In 1912, Royal Navy Captain Robert Falcon Scott led the Terra Nova Expedition in an ill-fated attempt to be the first to reach the South Pole. After reaching the Pole and learning they were beaten by Norwegians, his team's failed return trip ended with the death of Scott and his men.

Historians have long debated what could have been done differently to prevent that tragedy, and what still could be done to keep such a tragedy from repeating on future expeditions. In 1913, a Swiss inventor proposed a solution to the problem.

Naturally, it involved giant mechanical mosquitoes:
